Welcome to Autism Challenges.   I developed this particular blog to discuss some of the challenges that exist for a family with an autistic child.   A few years ago I stopped writing due to work, stress and many changes that were happening with Dayna.  Its now 2022, and I’m picking the ball back up. 

Dayna was diagnosed with severe autism, something we have been living with since her first diagnosis at age 2.  I’m not here to give answers or advice, instead its to provide a view from the inside.  Every autistic child is different, and every family handles different challenges in their own way.  I hope to be able to give you insight into our life, hopefully sometimes in areas you may not have thought of that other families may also be dealing with.  Thank you for your interest!
